Refund policy

Because our items are made to order, returns are accepted only if your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. Contact us at info@zagsavant.com within 30 days of receiving your item to start a return. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Accepted returns should be sent to: 4700 Old Orchard Rd., Skokie, IL 60076, Apt 204. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Approved refunds will go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
